  Being a seller myself many years ago I think Rachael De Souza is a skilled property seller: positive and inspiring, knowledgeable of the product, market, buyer and seller, . I haven't found many negotiators of her standing these days. The result speaks for itself: I made offer the first time of viewing, had to negotiate up but eventually came to the price all sides were happy. In this round of property hunting I also viewed 26 other properties but none of other negotiators impressed me like Rachel. Nam Vo, buyer Feb 2018

  Haart have been fantastic helping me with my search for my first property and I couldn't have asked for better service, especially from Rachael who is so friendly and helpful and has made the process simple and easy. I couldn't have asked for a better service in helping me find my first place, they are always easy to get hold of and no question is too many for them to answer (And I had a lot!) so thank you!
